Carlin McCrimmon joined the Hunter Group Team in 2018, as the Office Manager. She prides herself on being a people person who is loyal, kind, and committed to making a difference in the world. She finds great satisfaction in helping people lead better lives, which is why she found working with The Hunter Group to be a perfect fit (and vice versa!) Whether she is managing day-to-day operations, brainstorming fresh ideas, or keeping our many ducks in a row, Carlin always manages to keep her eyes on the prize: helping others lead better lives. The glass is never half empty; it’s always half full.
Carlin studied Public Relations and Communications at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She focuses on attention-to-detail, and her authentically warm, personable communication style has helped her develop a unique, relationship-driven leadership on the teams of which she’s a member. In her previous positions for CBS Radio and KitchenAid, as well as at The Hunter Group, Carlin is known as a cooperation catalyst, drawing upon her firm belief in the notion that, “teamwork makes the dream work.”
Carlin has lived all over North America, calling 12 different cities home. She is a French Bulldog enthusiast, loves country music, and classifies red wine and any branch of the Real Housewives franchise her guilty pleasure. She thrives on meeting new people, experiencing new places, and pushing the boundaries of her comfort zone.
